What we’re looking for:
Recently qualified candidates with a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification
Experience working in a school setting through placements
Versatile individuals who can adapt to different classroom environments
Confidence supporting pupils in both mainstream settings and those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
Ability to work effectively with small groups and on a 1:1 basis
