Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Training Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs focused on back-office operations, including patient scheduling, billing, insurance handling, and inventory management.
- Onboarding New Hires: Oversee the onboarding process for new back-office employees, ensuring they understand all relevant systems, workflows, and protocols.
- Ongoing Staff Training: Conduct refresher courses, skills updates, and process improvement training to maintain consistent performance and compliance.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain updated training materials, manuals, and process documentation for back-office operations.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and assess trainees progress, providing feedback and identifying additional training needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, especially clinical teams, to align operational practices and support seamless patient service.
