Position Summary

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls. Their primary goal is to use our internal CRM to schedule meetings with the sales department and follow up on active leads to secure appointments. The role entails collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient customer service, scheduling, and problem resolution, guaranteeing customer satisfaction while meeting established appointment goals.
