Call Center Agent (With or Without BPO Experience can apply)

Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Answer inbound calls or messages and assist customers with inquiries, billing issues, or product/service problems.



Outbound Outreach: Make outbound calls for sales, appointment scheduling, market research, or follow-ups.



Issue Resolution: De-escalate situations with angry or frustrated customers and provide swift, accurate solutions.



Documentation: Log all conversation details, customer data, and actions taken into the company's CRM or database.
