Calibration Technician

The **Calibration Technician** shall provide services supporting the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB (WPAFB).
_Duties and Responsibilities:_
_• Ensure periodic calibration of Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) according to Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) and Equipment Maintenance Data System (EMDS) produced calibration schedules and availability of equipment._
_• Ensure that TMDE is calibrated at appropriate intervals following the Air Force Metrology and Calibration (AFMETCAL) program (as defined by AFI 21-113), Technical Order 00-20-14, WRS OI 21-113, manufacturer manual, and/or Technical Order 33K-1-100, on equipment belonging to or being used by the Aerospace Systems Directorate._
_• Schedule and document calibrations by using the EMDS and interfacing with the Base PMEL. All EMDS tasks involve being familiar with data element contents to provi...
