Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform calibration activities both in-house and on-site, ensuring they meet quality standards and agreed turnaround times.
- Deliver technical support for equipment calibration and servicing at customer locations and within the service department.
- Strive for accurate calibration outcomes with minimal to zero return rates.
- Ensure calibration tasks are traceable and aligned with required documentation standards.
- Evaluate the feasibility and procedures for calibrating newly introduced equipment models.
- Support internal teams and service branches with technical guidance and troubleshooting.
- Optimize processes related to calibration efficiency, equipment use, and maintenance schedules.
- Facilitate internal training sessions related to service and calibration procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 quality management standards.
