Job Description
Join a leading national commercial property management firm as a Building Operator based in Calgary, Alberta. Oversee the daily operation of critical building systems including HVAC and security.
The Mullings Group is searching for a skilled Building Operator to ensure safe and efficient operation of commercial properties. You will report directly to the Facilities Manager and have a flexible role to manage additional properties as needed. Key tasks involve vendor coordination, maintenance management, and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Execute preventive maintenance on critical equipment
• Monitor and adjust systems using computerized management tools
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report findings
• Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies
