Job Description
Hexagon Autonomous Solutions seeks a skilled Applications Engineer in Calgary, AB, to provide hands-on, 2nd-tier support to customers using GNSS+INS technologies. Your goal will be to drive customer success and satisfaction.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, North America Customer Support, this role involves troubleshooting customer issues, assisting with product installations, and conducting root cause analysis for effective resolutions. You will work closely with the sales, engineering, and product management teams to elevate any complex concerns, enhancing overall service delivery.
