Lead community park initiatives as a Parks Supervisor for the Town of Caledon. Manage operations that include turf maintenance, facility management, and staff oversight.
This integral role involves collaborating with the Manager, Parks Operations & Forestry to ensure the effective functionality of parks and recreational services. You will supervise a dedicated team while handling budgets, safety inspections, and service requests. A minimum of five years in park operations along with supervisory experience in a unionized setting is needed.
