Overview

Start your career with seasonal work in Lapland through a café worker training program. This opportunity is suited for those in a gap year, interested in changing careers, or looking for new opportunities. The training is a four‑day program held in Lapland in mid‑November, where you will learn the basics of café work and participate in practical exercises. After completing the training you will be employed at a café at either Kittilä or Ivalo airport during the winter season.

Training and Employment

During the training you will gain the skills needed for café duties. Upon successful completion you will start work at a café in either Kittilä or Ivalo airport. The minimum employment period is the Christmas season (November to around Epiphany). If you wish to work the entire winter season 2026–2027, please indicate this at the time of application.
