Responsibilities
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
- Practice first in, first out (FIFO) stock rotation to keep food fresh.
- Accept deliveries and handle safe storage of food.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures.
- Prepare, cook, and serve food according to the café menu.
- Ensure menu items are available and maintain standards.
- Serve food exactly as intended.
- Resolve customer complaints and pass information to the Café Manager.
