Cafe Operations Manager: People, Process & Performance

No Filter Coffee is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day café operations in the Lahore District and on-site support during peak hours. You will supervise staff, manage inventories, coordinate with suppliers, and uphold product and service quality.

Responsibilities include implementing cost-control procedures, health and safety standards, and equipment maintenance while tracking KPIs and collaborating with leadership to drive process improvements.
