Cafe Barista / Supervisor

Expertly brew, grind, and pour coffee, and steam milk for lattes, cappuccinos, and other drinks to recipe standards.

Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, explain menu items, and handle payments efficiently.

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and stocked station, including washing equipment, cleaning tables, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic cleaning of coffee brewers and grinders.

Restock mugs, cups, food items (pastries), and coffee beans.

Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in food service or customer service is highly preferred.

Proficiency in using, cleaning, and maintaining espresso machines and grinders.

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and work as a team.

Ability to follow complex recipes and handle special dietary/customer requests.
