The team plays a crucial role in promoting regulatory compliance across the organization. It is responsible for providing guidance to the Business on the implementation and management of the control framework to ensure compliance with the Rules and applicable legislation (relating to the Firm's Financial Services). The team is responsible for providing expert regulatory advice and currently consists of a Director and a VP.
