Job Summary

Learn and understand the different key processes in the plant through immersion and development training in other departments. Learn the job of the different positions in the department that he will be deployed and be able to serve as back up to those where his technical competence will fit.

Duties and Responsibilities

At Central Maintenance Department

• Learns and understands maintenance processes and develops the skills of Shift Engineer and Maintenance Planner.
• Provides inputs and recommends action plans for the repair and maintenance works of machines, equipment, utilities and plant facilities.
• Identifies and recommends action plans for procurement of materials needed for effective and on‑time implementation of maintenance works.
