POSITION OVERVIEW

The person is responsible for the preparation, optimization, and reliability of cutting programs in order to support machine fleet performance. The role acts as a technical link between planning and production operations to ensure a stable, predictable, and efficient workflow.

The position is accountable for the reliability of cutting programs, material optimization, and the impact of decisions on cutting and bending equipment, production lead times, and scrap rates.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Programming and Nesting

• Perform nesting in Radan based on production priorities and manufacturing constraints.
• Optimize material utilization rate, cutting sequences, and machine cycles.
• Adjust programs according to actual manufacturing constraints, including deformation, heat, and cutting sequence.
• Produce reliable and complete machine outputs for the targeted equipment.
