Responsibilities
- Provide practical legal advice and support on international business matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, data processing, and API integration contracts.
- Advise business and product teams on legal issues related to technology development, data usage, cybersecurity, and intellectual property ownership.
- Support procurement and vendor management by assessing contract risk, ensuring regulatory and data privacy compliance, and maintaining consistent commercial terms.
