CAD/CAM Programmer required for a leading precision engineering manufacturer based near Woking. The CAD/CAM Programmer will play a key role in developing and optimising CNC programs for complex, high-precision machined components produced on multi-axis CNC milling and millturn machines. Responsibilities will include creating robust machining strategies, generating setup documentation, supporting production teams during prove-out and production runs, and troubleshooting machining issues to ensure efficient and right-first-time manufacture. The role also involves supporting new product introduction projects, improving machining processes, and working closely with quality, engineering, and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
