We are seeking experienced Cable Installer technicians to support low voltage installations across a new construction project. This role will last about 5 weeks but could be extended. This role requires individuals who can work independently within a team, follow direction closely, and communicate proactively when clarification is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Install and support low voltage (LV) cabling in new construction environments
- Rack and stack network equipment and ensure proper setup
- Install and mount devices including:-Security cameras-Wireless access points (APs)-Projectors-Access control systems-Alarm systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and technical drawings
- Perform cable termination (Cat5/Cat6 and similar) and ensure quality installs
- Test, troubleshoot, and validate cabling connections
- Label cabling and components accurately per project standards
