Job Description
Truestone, an Akima company, is hiring an **Electronics Maintenance Technician** that will be **responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, cabling, fabrication, assembly, of electrical and electronics equipment.** This is not an IT position; this is a position that runs all the wiring needed for military ships IT and Radio's to work correctly.
This person must be able to perform assignments with little supervision after receiving detailed initial instruction, equipment requirements and direction from his/her supervisor as needed and must be able to work independently afterwards. Constructs and assembles simple or standard equipment or parts; and services or repairs simple instruments or equipment, which may require simple wiring, soldering, or connecting. Troubleshoots and corrects malfunctions. Conduct various tests, which may require minor modifications in test setups or procedures as well as subjective judgments in measurement; selects, sets up, and operates...
