As a member of the Culinary Team, the Sous Chef assists the Manager Food Services in overseeing the food operation at the program and areas in which food production and preparation take place. This includes the Phoenix Food Truck program. The Sous Chef assists the kitchen manager to coordinate and maximize the food production so the Society’s standard of service and value to clients are achieved and maintained.
