Operate as a C-130J Loadmaster Instructor conducting any/all ground-based syllabus activities. You will be conducting C-130J Learning Management Package (LMP) events including ground school activities and training device (simulator) instruction. The instructor will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relation to Loadmaster duties and operations and will be able to provide applicable courseware and instructor guide material development support.

Your responsibilities will include:

Apply C-130J and Military Aircrew SME knowledge and advanced technical principles, techniques, theories and concepts to solutions, practice and training.

Review flying literature, safety reports and Service publications for updated information to be incorporated where appropriate.
