PositionSummary: ThisexcitingnewrolewillbesupportingtheCoordinatedAccessFacilitatorwiththemanagementof theBy-NameList(BNL).Thisroleisdesignedtosupportthecriticalneedforindividualprioritization forhousingandsupportaswellasaggregatedatatoinformresourceplanningandinvestmentinending homelessness. ABy-NameListisareal-timelistofallknownpeopleexperiencinghomelessnessinyourcommunity.

Itincludesarobustsetofdatapointsthatsupportcoordinatedaccessandprioritizationatahousehold levelandanunderstandingofhomelessinflowandoutflowatasystemlevel.Thisreal-timeactionable datasupporttriagetoservices,systemperformanceevaluationandadvocacy(forthepoliciesand resourcesnecessarytoendhomelessness).
