Job Description
- Establish a sustainable process with suppliers with an aim to avoid material shortages.
- Constant alignment with Planners on demand fluctuations and push/pull materials accordingly.
- Manage all communication with suppliers on cost, quality and delivery related issues.
- Evaluating and qualifying an adequate number of suppliers for competitive pricing.
- Fast, resourceful and aggressive in sourcing and ensure timely arrival of materials.
- Determine materials requirements from engineering & production schedules & maintain inventory at planned level.
