POSITION SUMMARY

Performs key commercial aspects of Indirect purchasing such as: identify core function or business unit specifications, market research, supplier selection, price negotiation, and global coordination. Will lead efforts with regional and global Indirect purchasing members as well as establish the development of the assigned category strategies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES

• Sourcing: Managesselection and sourcing of suppliersaspart of the strategic supply basewhileensuring continuity, consistency of quality and competitive pricing. Follows the New Supplier Form (NSF) set up process to ensure that all new suppliers are set uptimelyand accurately.
• Strategic Negotiation : Negotiate rental prices, delivery conditions, security deposits, and contractual clauses with owners or real estate agencies to achieve the highest cost-efficiency for the company. Conductsma...
