Buyer – Façades / Building Envelope
Location: Essex
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + package (dependent on experience)

The Company
Our client is a well-established specialist façade contractor delivering cladding, curtain walling and building envelope packages on major projects across London and the South East. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to add an experienced Buyer to their procurement team at their Essex office.
The Role
As Buyer, you will take ownership of the procurement of materials and subcontract packages across multiple live façade projects, working closely with project managers, estimators and quantity surveyors to ensure materials are sourced competitively and delivered on programme.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Procuring façade materials including cladding panels, curtain walling systems, glazing, brackets, fixings and ancillary components
