ACR are currently working alongside a privately owned property developer and main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments. Established four years ago, they have experienced steady growth and specialise in traditional build projects ranging from bespoke luxury homes to developments of 15–20 units.
As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Buyer to join their team, also open to ambitious Assistants that are looking to take the next step up in their career. Key Responsibilities
* Procure materials, plant and subcontract packages for multiple residential construction projects.
* Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate the best commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
