Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage purchasing activities for assigned materials, supplies, or services
+ Review purchase requisitions and create purchase orders accurately and efficiently
+ Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, delivery timelines, and order status
+ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing needs with internal teams
+ Track open orders and help resolve delivery, quality, or invoicing issues
+ Support cost savings initiatives and supplier performance management
