Location: Bolton, ON | Type: Full Time | Contract: 9 months
Responsibilities
- Identify and expedite part shortages
- Maintain accuracy of delivery information in ERP
- Ensure delivery commitments are received from suppliers and entered in ERP
- Address Customer Machine Down emergencies and work with suppliers to expedite rush requirements
- Act as primary contact for supplier purchase order issues, coordinating with the appropriate departments to drive action
- Proactively communicate updates for pacing shortages to the operation
- Ensure clean item data inputs are entered into ERP (BAAN LN)
- Communicate and escalate supplier issues to the appropriate authorities based on the escalation process
- Communicate daily demand to suppliers
