The primary job function of the Buyer will be to develop and maintain sources of supply for components, materials, supplies, service, and equipment at the best possible cost while maintaining quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and send request for quotes to potential vendors per defined specificationsReview competitive quotes and execute negotiations to define the selected vendorsExecute purchase orders and monitor status to ensure on-time deliveriesAddress and resolve issues with the vendor and evaluate vendor performance Education & Experience Requirements:
