- Deliver highly personalised service with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction.
- Confirm guests’ beverage preferences prior to game drives and communicate requests to rangers accordingly.
- Curate unique dining experiences within the lodge grounds and coordinate guest celebrations in collaboration with the Lodge Manager.
