Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced butcher to join our team. The butcher will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and processing meat products to meet customer and business needs while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.

• Cut, trim, debone, and prepare various types of meat, including beef, pork, poultry, and seafood.
• Weigh, package, label, and display meat products for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area, including equipment and tools.
• Ensure all meat is stored properly and meets safety and quality regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least high school graduate
• Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
• Good with customer service is an edge
• With or without experience
• Full time workers only
