Business Unit Manager, Therapeutic Dermatology

Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager, Therapeutic Dermatology to lead Galderma’s therapeutic dermatology business in Hong Kong. This is a senior commercial leadership role with full accountability for P&L, sales, marketing, and business development.

You will define and execute the local commercial strategy, strengthen market leadership, and position Galderma’s integrated dermatology platform as a key growth driver. Success in this role requires strong people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, including public sector stakeholders.
