This is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of a critical Business Unit and make a real impact on operational performance. You’ll be part of a leadership team, with the chance to shape results, develop people, and drive meaningful improvement across the plant.
We are a unique manufacturing facility, 24/7, this a key leadership role with full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of your Business Unit, ensuring delivery across Safety, Quality, Throughput, Cost, and People.
