Report to: General Director

• Build the brand plan: standardize and synergize the annual marketing, training and sales plan and KPIs with immediate roll-out and implementation.
• Team Coaching, Development and Management: Synergize and Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Training, Operations and Logistics. Individual development plan and KPIs.
• Sales Operations and Budget Management: Improve service and sales skills at store levels.
