Responsibilities
- Manage and sustain safety & regulatory systems, perform operations line based on corporate quality standards, achieve production programs due fiable, effective and robust process.
- Eliminate waste and losses by cost matrix, reducing transformation cost, and develop personnel by SPW guides, and work environment responsibly.
- Bachelor degree on Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar, 8 years of experience on managing personnel, production and quality performances, SPW knowledge, quality indicators, DVX, 3 MIS, 1 MIS.
- Product knowledge on EBOM, sales codes, and specifications.
- English 80%.
