FLIGHT DECK is our proprietary lean operating model.
As Business Unit FLIGHT DECK Senior Manager you will act as the Partner of the Business Unit General Manager to guide the Business Unit FLIGHT DECK transformation, building internal capabilities, and fostering a continuous improvement culture across all Business Unit processes to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
You will operate in a high-visibility environment reporting hierarchically to Avio Aero FLIGHT DECK Leader and functionally to the Business Unit General Manager.
