Transformation Lead

Responsible for identifying and delivering strategic transformation initiatives across the Africa Zone, focused on finance centralisation, AI‑led value delivery, process re‑engineering, and S/4HANA execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Centralisation programme development and execution (ATR, OTC, PTP, MDM)
• AI & automation use case delivery with measurable outcomes
• End‑to‑end process re‑engineering and standardisation (L1–L4)
• Lead S/4HANA Explore Phase (fit‑gap, blueprint, To‑Be design)
• Project and transition management across finance initiatives
• Stakeholder engagement and change management across the Africa Zone
