Overview
Zurich Canada is seeking a Business Systems Consultant with experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the Guidewire platform, contribute to enhancement and optimization of our insurance systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Zurich follows a hybrid work model requiring three days per week of in-person presence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with business owners to gather requirements through interviews and sessions for projects and enhancements. Monitor decisions and manage documentation.
- Analyze requirements to assess systems’ potential and impacts on other units. Provide input to development efforts.
- Create process models to evaluate the completeness of information and processes.
- Provide cost/benefit analyses, risk assessments, and scope definitions for proposed requirements.
