·Looking for a Senior Varicent Designer expert, not a generic Business Analyst, someone who is a hands on Varicent Designer builder and also acts like a solution architect.
·The person will act as the in-house Varicent SME, working closely with an external implementation partner to build, validate, and own the incentive compensation system (ICM).
·Initially: Heavy hands-on build (Varicent Designer)
·Post go-live: Admin + enhancements + ownership
·In phase 1: The candidate will actively build and validate the system.
·In Phase 2: After launch, the role becomes system owner + optimizer.
