Job Description
We have a client looking for a business systems analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY.
This position will include:
1. Program Coordination & Reporting:
*Partner with technology domain teams to collect and align capacity and demand-related inputs, including utilization trends, forecasts, risks, and constraints.
*Aggregate domain-level data to produce a consolidated enterprise capacity view for leadership and governance forums.
*Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates, dashboards, and artifacts to ensure consistency across domains.
*Support the evolution of enterprise capacity reporting frameworks and KPIs.
2. Governance & Meeting Facilitation:
*Coordinate and facilitate capacity management working group sessions and governance forums. (, Working Group, Steering Committee)
