In this junior function as a Business Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and assist in costumer support. Working closely with Account Managers and technical subject‑matter experts, you create qualitative quotations and different client-facing materials. The role also involves contributing to projects that enhance Business Support processes and strengthen collaboration with various stakeholders. Serve as the initial point of contact for (potential) clients.
