Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and/or customer support in assigned area
- Perform business support functions and related administrative tasks
- Review and/or audit documents for appropriateness/accuracy
- Correspond with internal/external customers via verbal, electronic and written communications
- Maintain records and/or files for assigned area
- Prepare, collate, and distribute reports in a timely manner
- May support or handle recurring department projects or one-time projects
- Maintain supply inventories by checking supplies to determine inventory level and placing orders
Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
