Job Description

What YouWill Do
1.CSR part:
Ensure service and on time delivery for mass production order to intercompany per customer demand
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Generating sales leads and understands the urgency and priority of each order from intercompany.
Check supplier ECD from buyer, and feedback intercompany customer Virtual Plant ECD to SCH hub on daily basis.
Coordinate on goods allocation among STO orders and timely escalate for shortage issues.
Receive shipping doc from 3PL, upload tracking# into SAP, and share to SCH.
Coordination on changing shipping methods for urgent shipment.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Support plant SQE on RMA process
SAP sample order management
