Manage Mexico Financial planning process for Business Service to support the organization's goals and objectives (involves budgeting, forecasting, Strat Plan, variance analysis, and financial modelling)
Identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor cost drivers, and cost reduction initiatives
Coordinate / animate Performance review process with Service Lines leaders & Zone team
Guarantee reporting accuracy & consistency with main stakeholders (Service Lines leaders, Business stakeholders, Zone leads & Global DBS team)
Resource allocation & ROIC valuation
Monitor & approve Added Value initiatives
Coordinate Business Service Intercompany invoicing process Validate project Post-mortem analysis
**PERFORMANCE MONITORING**: Consolidate, support and animate DBS KPIs for all functions together with the Service Line, identifying areas of opportunities.
