Business Project Manager

Location: Modderfontein, Johannesburg (Head Office)
Travel: Frequent travel across Southern Africa, including neighbouring countries
Reporting to: Senior Leadership

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Project Manager who will also act as the SMS Project Owner, based at the Head Office in Modderfontein, Johannesburg.

This role sits at the intersection of business operations, systems, and strategy. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the SMS system across Southern Africa, ensuring it drives operational excellence across Service and New Equipment divisions.

You will bridge business needs and technical capability, translate user requirements into system improvements, and deliver measurable business value through structured project management and process optimisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring visibility, influence, and strong cross-functional engagement.
