Business Process Improvement Lead

What is your role?
You will be responsible for helping to drive the strategic evolution of business processes across Finance and the organization while being part of a dynamic global team focused on Performance Excellence and Quality.
Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:
Provide leadership and subject‐matter expertise in identifying and deploying business process enhancements that enable sustainable growth and seamless expansion across functions
Oversee Performance Excellence governance and deployment in the Americas region, ensuring consistent application and adoption of methodologies (DMAIC, DESGN, PQA, Lean) through business partnership and stakeholder engagement
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through individual improvement programs and consistent focus on performance excellence
Develop the Business Americas Hub by building out a Continuous Improvement team of embedded resources
