A Day in the Life

In this role, you will support Business Product Owners and Value Delivery Leadership by ensuring that product value is measurable, pilots are operationally supported, and agile execution runs smoothly across the domain. You will work closely with Business Product Owners, technology product teams, business stakeholders, and the Value Delivery Leader to provide the operational follow-through that keeps work moving, insights visible, and learning continuous.

Responsibilities

• Support value measurement and tracking across product teams by maintaining dashboards and reporting that reflect KPIs, benefits realization, and adoption metrics, aligned with P&C value management practices.
• Ensure value measurement data is current, consistent, and ready for use in Quarterly Reviews and leadership discussions, supporting value-based accountability across the domain.
