Systems public sector client is looking for aBusiness Process Analyst to support ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, SAM Pro, etc.) .This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise, including configuration and developer support when needed, to drive innovation and maintain platform integrity. A core aspect of this role is the ability to effectively prioritize, coordinate, and manage incoming requests across multiple stakeholders and initiatives. - RITM

1 year contract to start. Hybrid model in Richmond (3 days/ week onsite)
