Job Responsibilities

Business Performance

• Gather and analyse the sales performance of individual boutiques and across retail
• Present data analysis, discuss strengths and opportunities with management, and recommend solutions and direction for short and long term.
• Identify barriers to performance and recommend ways to overcome them

Retail Operations

• Responsible for the delivery and quality of the client experience journey
• Establish key performance targets and provide regular assessment for all team members
• Explore, propose, and implement initiatives for boosting sales performance and customer service standards.
• Mentor and motivate watch specialists to put in their best to achieve both qualitative and quantitative goals
• Ensure operations process satisfies audit requirements
